#Org person name can be used to add an agent’s first name only to an email / SMS invite text. In the invite text, use:

#Org person name

in place of where the name should go. It should not be wrapped in any brackets, and needs to be formatted exactly as stated above i.e. no space after the hashtag, only Org is capitalised. 

For example, if in the survey settings the email invite text box contains:

Dear Customer, you recently spoke to #Org person name.

… the email invite text appears as:

Dear Customer, you recently spoke to Louise.
