We use an industry leading cloud based software called Amazon Web Services. 

We’re also ISO27001 certified. ISO 27001 is the international standard which is recognised globally for managing risks to the security of information you hold. Certification to ISO 27001 proves that CX Index manages the security of your information.

ISO 27001:2013 (the current version of ISO 27001) provides a set of standardised requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). The standard adopts a process based approach for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, maintaining, and improving your ISMS.

Security and convenience

We often hear people say that there is a trade-off between security and convenience. Although there is some truth to that, more often than not security actually requires convenience.

First and foremost, CX Index’s job is to keep your data secure. But we also need to give you quick, convenient access to your data.

If you are a CX Index user, you have first-hand experience that security and convenience can coexist. In fact, our design goal here at CX Index has always been to make it easier to behave securely than to behave insecurely.
