Integrations

The integrations tab allows you to integrate your CX Index app with other applications. CX Index currently supports integrations with Genesys Cloud, Genesys Multicloud and Salesforce.

How to add an integration

In the Integrations tab, find the Add New Integration section. Click the Integrate button to the right of the application you wish to integrate with.

Configure the integration by filling in the form that appears.

Click the Test Integration button to preview the integration. 

Click the Save button to save the integration

Click the Save and Continue button to save the integration and continue to the new application. 


 

How to edit an integration

In the Integrations tab, scroll to the Integrations section to view current integrations. Click the Edit button to the right of the relevant application.

Edit the integration by amending in the relevant fields of the form that appears.

Click the Test Integration button to preview the integration. 

Click the Save button to save the integration

Click the Save and Continue button to save the integration and continue to the new application. 


 

How to remove an integration

In the Integrations tab, scroll to the Integrations section to view current integrations. Click the Remove button to the right of the relevant application.
